Opportunity for Exceptional Hygienist in Coastal Dental Office
We are a state-of-the-art private dental practice located in the beautiful coastal setting of Carlsbad, CA. Looking to add a positive, upbeat Registered Dental Hygienist to our caring and dedicated team. The right candidate will be a detail oriented, dependable individual with a positive attitude and willingness to be a team player. We’re looking for someone who matches our office mindset of loving what we do and reflecting that in our work ethic and quality of care that patients feel and see.
Must meet the following requirements:
· Minimum of 2 years experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist
· In-depth knowledge and understanding of health and safety regulations
· Outstanding communication skills and ability to adapt to change
· Experience with digital x-rays and intra oral photos (Eaglesoft experience a plus)
· Current CPR and RDH License
Responsibilities to include:
· Oral cancer screening and monitoring procedures
· Diagnostic x-rays and intra oral photographs
· Sterilization/ set up/ break down of operatory
· Periodontal scaling & root planing as well as prophylactic procedures
· Detailed documentation in patient records
· Ability to follow all guidelines with proper use of PPE
Schedule:
· Wednesday 8 am – 5 pm
· Thursday 7 am-4 pm
Compensation:
Competitive and will be determined based on experience
