What Weâre Looking For:
A Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with at least 1 year of experience (or strong clinical skills if recently licensed).
A growth-minded individual eager to develop advanced skills in functional dentistry and patient education.
Someone with strong communication skills who can help patients understand preventive care, home hygiene routines, and the connection between oral and systemic health.
A reliable, professional, and team-oriented individual who values long-term commitment to a growing practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist with precision and efficiency in a variety of procedures, including biocompatible restorations and airway-focused treatments.
Take high-quality digital X-rays and assist in patient charting using Open Dental software.
Educate patients on the importance of oral-systemic health, home care routines, and functional dentistry principles.
Fabricate temporary restorations and assist in placing temporary Fuji fillings.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile clinical environment.
Help cultivate a positive, patient-first culture that supports education, prevention, and comprehensive care.
Preferred (But Not Required) Skills:
Experience with fabricating temporaries and placing temporary restorations.
Familiarity with Open Dental software.
An interest in functional and holistic dentistry.
Desire to develop leadership skills and grow into a senior team role over time
