*****We are seeking an individual to assist with setting up Open Dental software, including configuring the fee schedules for insurance providers and ensuring the office is fully prepared to see patients. Since everything is being built from scratch, this position is ideal for someone who is well-versed in all aspects of front office duties and responsibilities. The candidate must ensure that every detail is accounted for and that nothing is overlooked during the setup process****

Position: Weâre seeking a versatile individual with at least 5 years of experience to fill a dynamic role that includes:
Job Type : Part-time with a potential to full-time
Patient Experience Ambassador: Greet and welcome patients with a smile, manage appointments, and create a smooth, positive front office atmosphere.Treatment Journey Coordinator: Guide patients through their treatment options, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their care.Billing and Financial Care Specialist: Manage insurance claims, patient accounts, and financial arrangements with precision, ensuring a stress-free experience.Clinical Care Support: Provide essential chairside assistance to the dentist, ensuring our clinical operations run smoothly and efficiently.
What We Seek in a Candidate:
At least 5 years of experience in a same role in Dental field ( ITS A MUST)
Proficiency in Open Dental software is a MUST ( PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT FAMILIAR WITH OPEN DENTAL SOFTWARE)
Experience with the Weave system is a plus
Fluency in Spanish is required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $29.00 - $33.00 per hour
