Job Description

We are looking for an RDA or a highly qualified dental assistant to join our team 4 days a week. (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday). We are a modern dental office in Mission Viejo, and we take pride in our reputation for integrity, quality of care, and dedication to patient's needs. The ideal candidate is someone who is professional, personable, compassionate, and a good team player. Minimum 3 years of experience is needed.
Responsibilities:
Be reliable, friendly, team player, professional and enthusiastic to work
Welcome customers in dental office, care about customer service in clinical and administrative sides
Should have X-rays and polishing certificates and be proficient in taking X-rays
Should have computer skills. Experience with Open Dental is a plus.
Prepare the ops for treatment and set up the rooms
Assist the doctor in a professional manner
Identify what needs to be done and do it without supervision
Sterilization and disinfection, good understanding of OSHA
Provide post-op instructions
Maintain the office clean and pleasant
Front experience is a plus.
Hours of work:
Monday 8:45-5
Wednesday 7:45-5
Thursday 8:45-2
Friday 7:45-4
One Saturday a month 8-2
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
