Job Title: Dental Assistant
We are looking for a skilled and versatile Dental Assistant. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care during procedures and work with our front office specialist to ensure efficient patient interactions.
What We Offer:
* 12 Paid Holidays, Competitive Compensation, 401K with Profit Sharing
* 35-40 Work Hours/Week: In general, our assistants have Fri, Sat., & Sun off from seeing patients, except for one week each month when we work Saturday 8am-1pm. Our assisting team works every other Friday for 1-2 hours for equipment maintenance without patients.
Below are the Office Hours:
Monday: 9am-6pm (this will change to 8am-5pm starting in August 2025)
Tues, Wed: 8am-5pm
Thurs: 7am-4pm
Sat: Once per Month 8am-1pm
* We do not stay late often, but it can happen for patient emergencies and dental assistants will need to stay to assist with treatment.
Location: Our dental practice is located in beautiful Santee next to Mass Park. It is easily accessed using the 52, 67, or 125 freeways. The shopping center offers several restaurants, a book store and local library. The overall community has a small town feel and offers several lakes and parks. Santee is easily accessed from most San Diego locations.
