We are looking for a warm, outgoing, and energetic individual with excellent communication skills to be the welcoming face of our practice at a front desk position. The ideal candidate is personable, approachable, and enthusiastic about creating a positive experience for every patient who walks in the door. We are a family-owned and patient focused office. Blue Bridge Dental is a growing practice in Allendale, Michigan. *Experience not required. We are hiring this position on attitude and aptitude over experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors, creating a welcoming first impression.
Answer phones promptly and with a cheerful and helpful tone.
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently.
Check patients in and out, ensuring all necessary paperwork is complete and payments are made. Basic math skills are required.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area.
Communicate clearly and kindly with both patients and team members.
Assist office manager with basic administrative tasks.
Help coordinate patient flow to ensure the schedule runs smoothly.
Support the overall positive atmosphere of the office with a team-oriented attitude.
