This full time dental hygienist opportunity is available at our partnered practice, Integrated Dental of Florida, in Sarasota, Florida.
Integrated Dental of Florida is growing and we are looking for another hygienist to join our team. We are a patient-centric office that values high-performance and believes in a positive team culture. We believe in continuous learning and supporting team members on pathways to growth. This full time position is 4 days per week and comes with a generous PTO plan, paid holidays, and benefits.
Responsibilities:

Deliver thorough and effective oral hygiene treatments, including cleaning teeth, applying fluoride, and performing scaling and root planing, to improve patients’ oral health, and prevent dental diseases.

Provide treatment and long-term management of periodontal disease for patients as needed.

Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, dietary habits, and preventive care strategies to empower them to maintain their oral health between visits.

Collaborate with dentists to identify and address oral health issues, contributing to the creation of tailored treatment plans for optimal patient outcomes.

Create a welcoming and supportive environment to ensure patients feel at ease during their visits while adhering to strict infection control and safety protocols.

Document patient information, treatment plans, and progress accurately and efficiently to ensure high standards of care and compliance with regulations.

Experience and Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.

Licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in the state of Florida.
CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
