About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. In this role, you’ll play an essential part in ensuring exceptional patient care and education, working collaboratively with the dentist and team to create a comfortable and welcoming environment for our patients.
What You’ll Do:

Perform routine cleanings and periodontal maintenance.
Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments, including taking X-rays.
Provide patient education on oral hygiene and preventative care.
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
Collaborate with the dentist on treatment plans and recommendations.
Document patient care and treatment in accordance with office protocols.
Maintain compliance with infection control and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: A minimum of one year as a Dental Hygienist in the United States is required.
Licensure: Active state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Certifications: Local anesthesia certification is a plus.
Passion: A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and education.
Technology: Familiarity with dental software (e.g., Open Dental) is a plus.
