Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using the office's phone system- Manage patient records and update information as needed- Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing and payment processing- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized reception area
Requirements:- Previous experience working in a dental office or similar healthcare setting is preferred- Proficiency in using phone systems and scheduling software- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus
Please note that due to the nature of the role, this position may require occasional evening or weekend availability.
