Qualifications required:
-Current Texas RDA license
-Current CPR

Responsibilities:

Ensure quality patient service by providing thorough patient care, effective communication and personal attention.
Prepare the treatment rooms, patient records, equipment and necessary instruments for dental procedures
Provide chairside assistance to the doctor including but not limited to basic and complex restorative, surgical, endodontic, pediatric, emergency and preventative dental procedures
Record accurate and concise patient and treatment information for clinical notes
Take dental radiographs (x-rays)
Provide patients with instructions for oral care prior to and following surgery or other dental treatment procedures
Teach patients appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health
Monitor inventory and ordering of dental supplies.

Qualifications / Certifications:
-Current Texas RDA license
-Current CPR
-Nitrous Monitoring Certification (certificate it not required to be considered for hire; if applicant does not have a Nitrous monitoring certification we allow up to 30 days after hired to obtain certificate)
-Coronal Polishing Certification (certificate is not required to be considered for hire)
