About the Role:As a Dental Assistant at Dr. Lee’s practice, you’ll play an essential role in delivering outstanding patient care. This is a dual-role position that combines both clinical and administrative responsibilities—perfect for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a collaborative, team-focused setting.
What You'll Do:
Clinical Responsibilities:

Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure readiness for procedures
Assist Dr. Lee with procedures such as fillings, crowns, extractions, and cleanings
Capture and develop digital X-rays and impressions
Educate patients on post-treatment care, oral hygiene, and preventive dental habits
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and chart notes

Administrative Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
Schedule and confirm appointments while managing the daily workflow
Handle insurance verification, billing, and claims submissions
Respond to phone inquiries and assist with patient intake forms
Keep the front office organized, clean, and inviting

What We’re Looking For:

Certified Dental Assistant (required)
3+ years of dental experience (preferred)
Cross-trained in both clinical and front office duties
Familiarity with dental software and office technology
Strong knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and terminology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to a growing team
