We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and empathetic General Dentist with over 2 years of experience to join our team.
Position Summary:As a General Dentist, you will perform a full range of general dentistry procedures while fostering trust and confidence in your patients. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about providing quality care and creating positive patient experiences.
Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Deliver a wide range of dental procedures, including:
Molar root canals.
Surgical extractions.
Prosthetic dentistry (crowns, bridges, dentures, etc.).
Restorative and preventive treatments.
Educate patients about oral health, hygiene practices, and treatment options.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with practice policies and HIPAA.

Qualifications:

DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Active and unrestricted California dental license.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a General Dentist.
Proven expertise in molar root canals, surgical extractions, prosthetic dentistry, and other general dentistry services.
A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:

30% of adjusted production or a guaranteed minimum per diem of $800 (whichever is higher).
High-producing dentists can earn $1,400–$2,000 per day.
