Dental Assistant Job Description – Friendly Family Practice
We are a well-established, friendly family dental practice looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our team. Our practice provides high-quality dental care in a warm, welcoming environment, and we are looking for someone who shares our commitment to patient care and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, including exams, cleanings, fillings, and extractions.
Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment before and after procedures.
Take X-rays and maintain patient records.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-procedure care.
Ensure the comfort and safety of patients during treatment.
Manage patient flow and assist with scheduling appointments.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient dental treatment area.

Qualifications:

Dental Assistant certification or relevant experience.
Knowledge of dental procedures, equipment, and sterilization techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
Compassionate, friendly, and patient-focused demeanor.
