Duties and Responsibilities

Assist the doctor during a variety of endodontic procedures to ensure efficiency and patient comfort.
Greet and guide patients through their treatment experience, making them feel at ease.
Sterilize, maintain, and organize instruments while preparing treatment rooms according to strict protocols.
Capture X-rays and scans as needed.
Accurately document patient information and chart notes.
Perform administrative office tasks using a computer and dental software (EndoVision).
Cross-train in Front Desk Assistant duties to support office operations as needed.
Requirements:

1+ years of Dental Assisting experience preferred but is not required.
1+ years of customer service experience preferred—we value a friendly, patient-first attitude!
Certification or associate degree in an accredited dental assisting program is a plus but not required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with computer-based tasks.
Professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude.
High school diploma or equivalent.
