Job Description:
As a Registered Dental Hygienist at Laneige, you’ll play a key role in helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their care. You’ll work side-by-side with a collaborative team that values efficiency, precision, and compassion.
Daily Responsibilities:

Provide routine dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
Conduct oral health screenings and assessments
Take and analyze digital X-rays
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and home care habits
Document patient histories and clinical notes accurately
Partner with dentists on treatment planning and care coordination
Stay informed on the latest hygiene protocols and advancements

What We're Looking For

Active RDH license in New Jersey
Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail
Clear, compassionate communication skills
A reliable, professional, and positive approach
A passion for patient care and ongoing learning
Experience with digital charting preferred but not required
