Flawless Dental Group, PC is searching for a great Associate Dentist to join our incredible and hardworking team! Enjoy a stress free work environment performing bread and butter dentistry with an EFDA by your side and a great support system.
Qualifications:
DDS or DMD Degree is Required
Current License to Practice Dentistry in PA
Valid Malpractice Insurance
Valid DEA License
Ability to treat several patients simultaneously (High Volume Practice)
Experience working efficiently with an EFDA (Expanded Functions Dental Assistant)
Experience providing services to a Medicaid / State Sponsored Patient Base
Minimum 2 years of Work History as a General Dentist (This position is not for New Grads or D4 Students)
Compensation:
GUARANTEE BASE + Collections!! Our Compensation structure is based on a percentage of the doctors collections. Typically our Associate Dentists can take home anywhere from $900 - $1,600 per day depending on their production. A base rate will be provided. Compensation details can be further discussed in an interview. The base rate will always remain a Guarantee!!!!
