We are looking for an experienced hygienist , with a great personality to join our dental practice.. Our private care , doctor owned dental practice and professional team would love to talk to you. We are seeking a team member with excellent communication skills as well as superior clinical and interpersonal skills. Candidates should also have good computer and management skills, and be comfortable with treatment planning and presenting treatment to patients.
If you are unhappy working in your current practice or in a high volume corporate dental practice where you are on roller skates with limited time to treat your patients, and not really getting to know them, then we should talk. We are working with a dental coach to improve our practice and add a number of systems to further organize our practice . We want our team to have an "ownership" mentality, as it takes a group effort where everyone is working towards a common goal and really supporting one another.
Our adult hygiene appointments are one hour long and we are strong on periodontal disease and non- surgical therapy as well. We have fun during the day, have a supportive team and wonderful patients. In our private care, doctor owned, relationship based practice we strive to treat our patients like family. We get to know our patients and enjoy seeing them and being part of their overall health team. Our practice offers a competitive compensation and an attractive benefit package.
Salary ,benefits and bonus plan will be discussed with qualified candidates in a personal interview. Your salary could be $50-$60 per hour or more with our bonus program. Details about this program will be reviewed in a personal interview. We look forward to hearing from you.
