ABOUT US
FULL TIME, NO FRIDAYS OR WEEKENDS. 40 HOURS IN EAST BOCA RATON,FL.
MONDAY-THURSDAY 8 A.M TO 6-6:30PM.
KNOWLEDGE OF DENTAL PPO INSURANCE REQUIRED.
About us, we are looking for a competent dental receptionist who will make the dentistâs office more efficient and pleasant for patients. Dental receptionist should have GREAT people phone skills & attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Welcome patients in the dental office
Schedule patients for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort
Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures
Acquire breakdown of insurance benefits & read E.O.B.s / Pre-Auths
Verification of insurance at re-care visits
Call and schedule dental lab pickups
Keep work area orderly and empty trash daily
Qualifications:
OpenDental software is extremely important, this is our software.
Speaking Spanish (bi-lingual) would be valuable or favored upon for this position
Must be prompt 7:50 A.M. to 6:30 P.M.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
