Duties:- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries- Assist with insurance verification and billing- Maintain patient records and update information as needed- Provide information about treatment options and answer patient questions- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth workflow and patient satisfaction
Experience:- Previous experience in a dental office setting- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures- Excellent communication and customer service skills- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
