Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our dentists and ensuring a positive and comfortable experience for our patients. Key Responsibilities

Patient Care: Prepare patients for dental procedures, ensuring comfort and addressing any concerns.
Chairside Assistance: Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, including handling instruments, suction, and materials.
Instrument Sterilization: Maintain a sterile and organized work environment by cleaning, sterilizing, and arranging instruments.
Dental Records: Accurately document patient information, treatment plans, and dental charting.
X-rays: Take dental X-rays as per state regulations.
Lab Cases: Track and monitor outsourced cases.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage dental supplies and materials, placing orders as needed.
Patient Education: Provide patients with instructions for oral hygiene and post-procedure care.

Qualifications

Certification: Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license.
Experience: Two years of experience in a dental practice preferred (but not required).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in dental software, X-ray machines, and other dental equipment.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive motions.

Compliance: Knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
