Rea Farms Pediatric Dentistry is looking for a Dental Assistant II to join our privately owned, growing pediatric dental practice in Charlotte! We opened in July 2024 and are dedicated to creating a warm and welcoming environment for kids and families. If you’re passionate about working with children and want to be part of a supportive, fun and dynamic team, we’d love to meet you!

What We’re Looking For:

A motivated professional who enjoys working with children and families
A team player willing to assist wherever needed—front desk, chairside, sterilization, etc.
Strong communication skills, punctual and a positive attitude
Experience in a dental office (pediatric experience is a plus, but not required)
Certification in nitrous, coronal polishing and x-rays
A desire to learn, grow, and be part of a supportive team

What You’ll Do:

Welcome and check in patients with a warm, friendly attitude
Assist with scheduling, insurance verification, and patient communication
Provide chairside assistance during procedures and take x-rays
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-sterilized workspace
Help create a stress-free, fun dental experience for kids
