Duties

Chairside assisting the dentist during examinations and procedures by preparing instruments and materials.
Taking dental radiographs to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
Maintain patient records accurately using dental software systems such as Dentrix and Sidexis.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care to promote overall health.
Sterilization and instrument processing.
Ensure the dental clinic is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
Assist with inventory management of dental supplies.
Support patients with a gentle approach to ensure comfort during visits.

Qualifications

Knowledge of anatomy relevant to dentistry is essential.
Experience in general dentistry practices is preferred.
Familiarity with dental imaging techniques is an advantage.
Previous experience in a dental clinic setting is highly desirable.
Proficiency in using dental software systems, particularly Dentrix and Sidexis, is beneficial.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail are required.
Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and team members.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
