Dental Hygienist - Tremonton Dental - Orem, UT

Responsibilities:
- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as necessary
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide oral health instructions
- Conduct thorough dental assessments and document findings
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans
- Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment
Experience:
- Proficiency in dental software systems, such as dentrix, open dental
- Knowledge of for dental procedures
- Familiarity with pediatric dental care and techniques for working with children
Requirements:
- Valid state dental hygiene license
- CPR certification
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of dental office procedures and protocols
