Key Responsibilities:
Leader of updating and maintaining out Facebook account and other social media accounts.
Be the friendly face that welcomes patients, checks them in and out, and ensures they have a positive experience.
Collect payments and assist with insurance verification with accuracy and efficiency.
Answer phone calls with professionalism and assist patients with scheduling and inquiries.
Support the front desk team with administrative tasks as needed.
Keep our clinical workflow on track by assisting with sterilization of dental instruments and treatment room preparation.
Dental assisting the dentist, hygienists, or lead assistant with dental procedures for patients.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong computer skills with a high level of comfort using technology.
Outstanding customer service skills and a patient-centered approach.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
A team-player mentality with a can-do attitude.
Willingness to learnâno prior dental experience required, we provide all industry-specific training!
