Job Description:
As an EFDA at our dental practice, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our dental practice. You will work closely with our dental team to provide top-notch patient care and support. Your responsibilities will include performing expanded functions procedures such as placing and finishing dental restorations, taking impressions, and fabricating temporary crowns. Additionally, you will assist the dentist during various dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety, sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment, educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care, manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation, and provide exceptional customer service to our patients to ensure their overall satisfaction.
Qualifications:

Completion of an accredited dental assisting program
State certification as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA)
X-ray certification
Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team
Outstanding patient care and customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
