Casas Adobes Oral Surgery is looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated front office team member! This position will greet patients, check in, schedule consultations, and surgeries, collect payments, treatment plan, and any other necessary duties related to the position. Our office is focused on providing quality patient care and the best experience possible. Covid-19 vaccines are required.
Dental Front Office Coordinator Position Summary:
Dental Front office Coordinator Responsibilities:

Scheduling - consultations and surgeries.
Patient management - greet and check-in, check-out, assist with chart information, prepare patient visit tickets, assist with insurance inquiries.
Treatment planning - prepare treatment estimates, collect payments, prepare pre-treatment estimates.

Dental Front Office Coordinator Qualifications:

2 years of dental experience preferred but not required
High school graduate
CPR or BLS Certification preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
