Ridgetop Dental is looking for a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team at the Sterling location. As a key member of our practice, you will play an essential role in supporting the clinical care of our patients and contributing to the overall success of the office.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Dentist:
Provide chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures.
Help patients feel comfortable before, during, and after treatment.
Digital Radiography:
Capture and manage digital radiographs accurately and efficiently.
Patient Preparation:
Prepare patients for procedures or exams and ensure they are informed about the process.
Instrument Sterilization and Lab Procedures:
Sterilize instruments and maintain strict compliance with sterilization and safety protocols.
Support lab procedures as needed.
Schedule Management:
Work efficiently to maintain the dentist's schedule and ensure smooth patient flow.
Supply Management:
Monitor and maintain dental supplies inventory.
Place orders to ensure necessary materials are available.
Reporting and Statistics:
Help track and report weekly production and performance statistics.
Patient Support:
Provide patients with clear communication about procedures and aftercare.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of dental assisting experience.
X-ray certification is required.
Familiarity with cosmetic, restorative, and minor surgery treatments (training provided for advanced procedures).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience with dental practice management software is a plus.

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
