Job Responsibilities: - Assist dentists during procedures, ensuring smooth and efficient patient care.- Take and process dental X-rays (training available for the right candidate).- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.- Provide chairside assistance, including suction, instrument passing, and patient comfort.- Perform basic front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and processing payments.- Greet patients warmly, answer phone calls, and assist with patient inquiries.- Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft dental software.- Educate patients on post-treatment care and oral hygiene.
Qualifications: - Previous dental assisting experience is preferred but not required—willing to train the right person!- Familiarity with Eaglesoft is a plus, but training will be provided.- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.- Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player.
