We have a vibrant downtown area with great restaurants and plenty of shopping. Valparaiso has excellent schools and activities for families. We are located close to Lake Michigan and the national park. Our well-established practice serves a loyal patient base of approximately 2,700, with an average of 14 new patients joining per month. Lead General Dentist needed for lucrative family-based, 4-op practice as legacy dentist prepares to semi-retire and focus on dental sleep medicine, the general dentistry will be passed on to the new lucky dentist!

Our office offers a comprehensive range of services, including crowns and bridges, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, implants, sleep apnea treatment, facial esthetics, clear aligner therapy, extractions, dentures, and emergency care. We provide care to patients of all ages, but most of the practice consists of patients over the age of 30. Our daily schedule typically includes 10-15 patients in the doctor's schedule (depending on doctor’s preferences), in addition to approximately 7 hygiene checks per day, 14 when we have 2 hygienists.

Compensation:

$150,000 - $350,000+ annually - flexible (dependent on how many days per week)
Up to 35% Collections minus half labs
