Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) - Ned E. Alley, DDS, PLLC - Little Rock, AR

Seeking a full time experienced professional RDA. Must possess a sincere passion for dentistry. We want someone who wants to make a difference in our patient’s life and to help them understand the value that comprehensive dentistry has to offer. We have a wonderful patient population, an enthusiastic team and doctors that are dedicated to quality care. We prefer someone with experience, great attitude and strong work ethic.
Hours: Monday –Wednesday 8:00-5:00
Thursday 7:00-3:00

Responsibilities

Assist the dentist chairside while they are engaged in any treatment of patients
Must anticipate dentist’s needs and be prepared for the next steps
Maintain proper patient treatment records
Give pre and post-operative instructions within the limits designated by the dentist
Stock supplies in operatories, lab, etc. as needed
Maintain supply list for reordering
Maintenance of dental equipment
Actively participates as a liaison between the dentist and the patient

Qualifications

Valid Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification
Proficient in chairside assisting and general dentistry
Knowledge of dental terminology and anatomy
Ability to perform X-rays
Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and dental documentation

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
