Job Description

We are a well-established dental office in San Francisco, proudly serving the community since 2012, and we’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team!

Schedule:

• Part-time position

• Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

• Flexible days, Monday through Thursday

• Office is closed on Fridays

Pay Range:

• $65 – $75 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform periodontal scaling and root planing as needed

• Take and interpret digital x-rays

• Conduct oral cancer screenings and periodontal charting

• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care

• Review and update patient health histories

• Apply fluoride treatments and sealants as appropriate

• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical notes

• Sterilize instruments and clean operatory as needed after each patient

• Follow OSHA and infection control protocols

• Collaborate with the dentist and team to provide high-quality patient care

• Assist with patient scheduling and flow when needed

Requirements:

• Valid California RDH license

• Friendly chairside manner and strong communication skills

• Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork

• Experience preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply!
