DENTAL HYGIENIST

Non- Corporate environment where patient care comes first and staff is treated like family! 

We are looking for a self motivated, matured, hygienist with a positive, patient-centered attitude. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a dental hygienist. The candidate must be comfortable educating patients on their oral health needs including periodonal disease. We are looking for a long-term team member to join our family. This is a part time position, approximately 30 hours a week with 10 hour shifts. 

Responsibilities: 

• Oral Cancer screening 
• Periodic fullmouth probing 
• Digital X-rays, CBCTs and IOs
• Laser therapy 
• Sealant placement 
• Sterilization of dental instraments and equipment 
• Take blood pressure
• Scalling and root planning 
• Stocking HYG rooms/ Keep track of HYG ordering needs 
• Entering paitents existing/current treatment needs into Dentrix
