Who We're Looking For
You’re a dental assistant who values both precision and people. You bring strong organizational skills, a calm and steady presence, and a team-first mindset. You love working closely with others and are always looking for ways to make a patient’s experience smoother and more comfortable. While your schedule will typically be four days a week Monday through Thursday, we’re looking for someone who can occasionally flex to include a Friday when needed.
Responsibilities

Assist dentists during a variety of clinical procedures

Set up and break down operatories with efficiency and care

Take and process digital X-rays and CBCT scans

Ensure strict adherence to infection control and sterilization protocols

Manage lab cases and materials

Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-op instructions

Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed

Foster a warm, welcoming environment for patients and teammates

Occasionally assist with front office tasks and scheduling
