Active general practice looking for full time dental assistant/team member who brings incredible energy, communication skills, and customer service savvy to our practice.
Must be able to be flexible in terms of scheduling, appreciate innovation, attention to detail, ability to work in a team health care environment and serving people well in a professional environment.
Dental experience/RDA preferred, but not a requirement. No experience is ok provided you are willing to learn!
Summary
As a Dental Assistant, you will be integral to providing high-quality patient care in a dental practice. Reporting to the dentist, your core responsibilities will include chairside assisting, managing dental terminology, and utilizing 3D scanning technology. Your premium skills in EMR systems and X-Ray will enhance patient interactions and streamline processes. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential as you engage with patients and ensure their comfort. Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during procedures by providing chairside support and managing instruments.
Prepare and maintain the treatment area, ensuring aseptic techniques are followed.
Take and develop dental radiographs while adhering to safety protocols.
Manage patient records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and ensuring a comfortable experience.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
Work within a team environment, with the ability to assist in multiple specialized procedures per day.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
