Location: Springfield, ILSchedule: Monday - Thursday 7:15 AM - 4:00 PM, Friday 7:45 AM - 12:00 PM

Responsibilities
As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring a positive experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Performing routine dental cleanings and scaling procedures
Conducting periodontal assessments and charting
Educating patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
Assisting the dentist with exams and identifying potential treatment needs
Taking and reviewing digital X-rays as needed
Maintaining accurate patient records and updating treatment plans
Ensuring proper sterilization and infection control protocols are followed
Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is open, positive, and flexible, with a passion for patient care. The ideal candidate will have:

An active Dental Hygiene license in the state of Illinois
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with Dentrix (preferred but not required – willing to train!)
A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
A commitment to continuing education and professional growth
