Position Overview:
As a Dental Hygienist, you play a vital role in delivering top-notch preventive and therapeutic oral care to our patients. You will be responsible for conducting thorough dental cleanings, educating patients on oral health, and assisting in the detection of oral diseases. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, highly skilled in hygiene procedures, and excels in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planning procedures with precision and efficiency.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, disease prevention, and post-treatment care.
Take and review dental radiographs for diagnostic purposes.
Assist in identifying potential oral health concerns and collaborate with dentists for treatment planning.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including OSHA and HIPAA standards.
Maintain accurate patient records and charting using practice management software.
Build strong patient relationships by creating a comfortable and reassuring environment.
Stay up to date on the latest dental hygiene techniques and advancements.

Qualifications:

Valid Dental Hygienist license in PA
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong knowledge of dental software and digital radiography.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to high standards of care.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
