We are looking for an Associate Dentist to join our family-run, high producing, fee-for-service, holistic dental practice: Virginia Biological Dentistry is located in the newly built office in Richmond, Virginia. https://www.virginiabiologicaldentistry.com/
You will earn minimum $200,000 working only 3 days a week: Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays running just one treatment column and doing larger restorative procedures.
Looking for a dentist with amazing communication skills, a great personality, humble, intuitive, and being a natural team player.
The main procedures that you would be expected to do:
· The right candidate will see a limited number of patients relative to a traditional dental office and will perform comprehensive dentistry ranging from quadrant to full mouth treatment, including fillings, same-day inlays, onlays, overlays, crowns with in-house design and milling via CEREC
Key elements of the offer:
· Annual minimum $200,000 -- 30% of collections that equals production and is based on well-above the average fees. No lab fees

Qualifications required and desired:

D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree from an accredited dental school
Virginia dental license in good standing or ready and qualified to acquire one
Work experience in a private dental practice
A conscious sedation license will be a big plus
Being able to see children to perform pediatric dental care will be a big plus
