Senior Dental Assistant Job Overview:**SURGERY EXPERIENCE NEEDED - The ideal Senior / Registered Dental Assistant will assist in providing quality dental care and help improve patients' oral health. This job is available both FT (40 hours a week) and PT (weekends and ad-hoc surgeries)
Responsibilities of Senior Dental Assistant:

In charge of the OS department
Manage a DA reporting directly to them
Personally responsible for back of the house A-Z
Assist the dentist and/or hygienist during a variety of treatment procedures
Set up and breakdown treatment rooms
Take dental radiographs (x-rays)
Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures
Maintain accurate patient records

Experience:3 years or more as a DA or Senior/Lead Dental Assistant
Qualifications

X Ray license
OS background highly preferred
Chairside assisting
General dentistry knowledge
Ability to work with 3D scanners
Registered Dental Assistant certification is a plus
Strong communication skills
