Join Our Team as a Dental Hygienist!
Are you passionate about providing top-quality care to your patients in a clean updated practice? Do you want to work in a small, patient-centered practice that prioritizes quality over quantity? If so, we’d love for you to apply!
At Firefly Family Dentistry, we are a close-knit team that works hard and has fun doing it. We schedule 60 minutes for adult prophy appointments and 90 minutes for new patient appointments, ensuring you have the time to build relationships and provide excellent care. We are out of network with all insurance companies, giving us the flexibility to provide the highest quality care tailored to each patient’s needs. Position Details:

Full-time opportunity Monday – Thursday, No Fridays!
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 5 PM (twice a month, we close at noon for an extra afternoon off!)
Average Weekly Hours: 32–35 hours per week

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive base pay rate + production-based bonus
Hygienists can earn over $60 per hour

Requirements:

Wisconsin Dental Hygienist License, Experience is a plus but not required! New grads are welcome to apply
