We are fast growing private dental practice, looking for an amazing dental assistant to add to our dental family. We have 3 locations, North/South Austin and now Cibolo. The ideal candidate will be personable, responsible and capable of relating to our patients through great patient care. We are looking for someone who wants to join our team long-term.
The ideal dental assistant must be able to:
Competently provide chair-side assistance to the dentist for all dentalservices.Take diagnostic dental x-rays.Assist dental hygienists with periodontal charting and x-rays, as needed.Sterilize and disinfect dental instruments, equipment, materials, operatoriesthe dental lab and according to OSHA regulations.Function within the practice's Policy and Procedures as outlined in ourPersonnel Handbook.*Positive, energetic, outgoing attitude is a must!!!
Requirements:
Texas State Board of Dental Examiners' Dental Assistant Registration.Minimum of 2 years as a Registered Dental Assistant.Computer Literacy to include Open Dental or other dental software and MicrosoftOffice applications.The ability to use office equipment to include copier, scanner, fax andtelephone.
Schedule requirements: Monday through Friday 830-5 and rotating Saturdays from 8-3.
Job Type: Full-time
