Position: Full-time, Monday-Friday
Pay Range: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour, plus monthly bonus opportunities
Schedule
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Wednesday, Friday: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during various procedures using 4-handed dentistry, including examinations, treatments, and surgeries
Prepare and organize treatment rooms, instruments, and materials before patient appointments
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays), ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and postoperative care, improving treatment outcomes
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely updates in the system
Sterilize and manage dental instruments and equipment, following infection control protocols
Assist with inventory management and ordering of dental supplies as needed
Provide a welcoming, reassuring environment for patients, addressing their concerns and ensuring comfort
Collaborate with the dental team to meet practice goals and enhance patient satisfaction
Qualifications
Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in Texas
Completion of an accredited dental assistant program
1-2 years of previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred
N2O certification is a plus
Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is preferred but not required
Familiarity with Dentrix dental software and patient management systems is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
