OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing high-quality dental care and a commitment to patient comfort and satisfaction. This role requires proficiency in various dental procedures and an ability to work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional service in a friendly environment.
Duties
Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages.
Execute a wide range of dental procedures including, but not limited to, general dentistry, prosthodontics, pediatric dentistry, and dental extractions.
Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix software, ensuring all dental terminology is correctly documented.
Fabricate dental appliances and restorations as needed, demonstrating knowledge of dental fabrication processes.
Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies.
Collaborate with other dental professionals to provide comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Uphold the highest standards of infection control and safety protocols within the dental clinic.
Requirements
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Strong understanding of anatomy knowledge related to oral health.
Proficiency in various dental procedures including general dentistry, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry.
Familiarity with Dentrix software and ability to navigate electronic health records efficiently.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient education and comfort.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $209,400.00 - $231,222.00 per year
