Looking to work an additional day a week and supplement your income through a variety of procedures? We have an excellent opportunity for an associate dentist to work on Fridays and supplement their income substantially.
North Austin Dentistry is a single dentist owner private practice that is a FFS and PPO office. Our office provides comprehensive care to the patient through a variety of procedures including oral surgery, dental implants, endodontics, and of course restorative.
The more diverse your skill set, the greater your opportunity is to increase your pay. If desired, the owner dentist is willing to come in and help expand your current skill set which will increase your pay. This increased skill set will also benefit you at your Full-time job.
The hours are 7:30-4 pm every Friday. . We currently have 3 hygienists working that day. You will perform hygiene checks on that day. On the production side of the schedule, you will see a variety of patients needing everything from an extractions, periodontal therapy, root canals, crowns, etc. and it is up to you to diagnose, treat who you can and reappoint when necessary. The ability to perform D7210 extractions is a must and experience with at least initiating root canals is preferred.
You will be given an experienced assistant and an excellent front office treatment coordinator to help you navigate the day. We are a patient focused practice so providing excellent customer service is a must. Dr. Miller will also be working on Fridays.
Pay will start out as a base guarantee for the first 3 months while you get acquainted. After which, it will switch to a commission based pay. Incentives with bonuses will also be provided.
