Registered Dental Assistant - Sumter Family Dental, PA - Sumter, SC

We are seeking an enthusiastic dental assistant with strong work ethics, excellent communication and patient care skills to join our amazing team! Must have experience in restorative as well as oral surgery procedures and must be x-ray certified. We offer a competitive salary, paid time off, including most holidays, and 401(k) matching. DUTIES include but not limited to:

Update and maintain client’s dental records
Assist the dentist with complex dental procedures
Take and process x-rays of patients
Advise patients on recommended oral hygiene
Sterilize instruments
Occasionally fill in at the front desk if needed
Listening to needs of patients
Provide patient education
Sustain patient comfort during procedures
Manage clinical supplies

Qualifications:

Dental Radiation Technology Certification
Desire to work as a productive team member
Ability to provide exceptional customer service
Experience with digital scans preferred but not required

Pay is based on experience and can be discussed at the time of interview.
