Our fast-paced general practice is seeking a full time or part time Dental receptionist and Dental Assistant. Majority of patients are Chinese speaking. It is highly preferred that the candidate speaks Chinese . Candidate should also have a positive attitude, good customer service skills, is a good team player and has leadership qualities.
Experience is preferred, but we offer paid training to new employees.
Dental Receptionist responsibilities include
Familiar with Dentrix, dental insurance, dental terminology.
-Check in and Check out patients
-Schedule appointments & call to confirm appointments
Dental Assistant responsibilities include:
-Prepare patients for treatment or check-up
-Sterilize instruments
-Familiar with dentrix
-Set up instruments and materials
-Schedule Appointments
-Taking X-Rays
-Assistant Dentist at the chair side through 4-handed dentistry
Requirements:
Must be available Tuesdays and Thursdays (full day)
-preferably speak Chinese (Mandarin)
-Has a green card
