Bear Brook Dental Care is an upscale, privately owned dental practice in the New York City metropolitan area, dedicated to providing exceptional care in a welcoming, elegant environment. Our team consists of 4 General Dentists, 5 Pediatric Dentists, and 1 Endodontist, serving over 10,000 active patients across our Montvale and Hoboken offices. With a new office opening in River Vale, NJ this summer, we’re expanding and looking for talented team members to grow with us.
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist to join us part-time, working 2–3 weekdays (9am–6pm) and every other Saturday (9am–4pm). After 2 months, this position can transition to full-time if desired. If you have excellent clinical skills and a passion for patient care, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities

Provide general dental care, including exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns, extractions, and more.
Develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
Educate patients on oral health and preventive care.
Maintain accurate patient records.
Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional patient care.
Comply with all dental regulations and standards of care.

Qualifications

DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school.
Current NJ state dental license (or in process).
Strong clinical skills and experience in general dentistry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
Previous dental practice experience preferred but not required.

Compensation

Daily minimum guarantee or percentage of collections whichever is higher.
Our associates earn an average of $1,500 per day.
