Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated, reliable assistant to join our Endodontic practice Monday - Thursday. The ideal candidate would be proficient and experienced in dental assisting. This role requires excellent communication skills.
Duties

Assist the dentist during various procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow and maintaining patient comfort.
Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
Willing to cover at front desk as needed. Manage appointment schedules and assist with patient check-in/check-out processes.
Perform four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
Collaborate with the dental team to provide high-quality care in a supportive environment.

Requirements

Previous experience as a dental assistant is preferred.
Knowledge of dental terminology and anatomy is essential.
Proficiency in using PBS Endo dental software program.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
A willingness to learn new techniques.
