Dental Hygienist - Family Practice - Craig Macdonald DMD - Natick, MA

I am seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join my solo non-corporate family practice in Natick.
We are a fee for service individually owned practice providing exceptional care to our family of patients.
Hours that are available are: Monday through Wednesday 8-5 and Thursday 8-2. These hours can be flexible based on your needs. You will be replacing our current hygienist who mostly works "mother's hours" and is currently fully booked.
Candidates must possess excellent clinical skills, communication skills, and be computer competent. Our office utilizes Eaglesoft practice management software.
We are a fully digital office including X-rays, CBCT, Intra-oral Scanner, and charting.
Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive patient care through thorough assessments and cleanings, ensuring adherence to HIPAA and medical protocols.
Utilize Eaglesoft for patient documentation and record-keeping.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
Collaborate with the dental team to enhance patient experience and treatment outcomes.

Salary range by experience. New RDH are welcome to apply. We offer monthly bonuses in addition to the base salary based on office performance and a practice run IRA.
All appointments are 1 hr for routine care and are adjusted for SRP as needed.
Current license is required. Anesthesia license is beneficial but not required.
