Dental Hygienist with Patient Engagement Focus - Opal Dental Group - Macomb, MI

Hi, we are Opal Dental Group!
We are a fast growing private practice in Macomb that focuses on delivering excellent care and making a meaningful impact in people's lives. We highly value building and maintaining a relationship with each of our patients. We currently have two dentists and two fantastic hygienists on our team.
We are looking to add a third hygienist that wants to learn and grow with us. We hope to find someone wanting a long-term position, where they can build a lasting connection with their patients and advance their practice. Previous working experience as a dental hygienist preferred.
Schedule:
We are ideally looking for a full-time candidate (4-5 days per week). We are open to part-time candidates.
Monday: 12:00pm - 6:00pm
Tuesday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
Wednesday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
Thursday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
Friday: 8:00am - 2:00pm
Responsibilities:
Perform initial health history/medication review and oral health screen
Perform periodontal charting and evaluation
Take dental radiographs and intraoral scans
Form treatment plans alongside dentists
Documentation for patient encounters
Educate patients on dental health
Setup for patient appointments
Sterilize dental instruments
