Dental Patient Coordinator - Kyle Parkway Dentist - Kyle, TX

We’re looking for a Funergetic, Self-Driven, trustworthy team member who has a mindset of making Lemonade out of Lemons, to be our patient Coordinator.
Essential functions:
- Answers telephones
- Professional yet casual, able to joyfully and mindfully communicate with patients, active listener, clear verbal communicator, energized and effective communicator
- Checks patients in and out proficiently
- Primary function is scheduling patients effectively, managing patient care/concerns, verifying dental insurances, collecting copay from patients
- Returns patient phone calls regarding treatment, Follow up with patients on treatment plans
- Collect payments from patients in the practice
Previous Dental experience as a patient coordinator required in Insurance verification.
· Reliable attendance and punctuality is must
